In the zero issue of the quarterly, the philosophy and necessity of quality control review was considered as a prerequisite for comprehensive quality management discussion and the definitions, concepts, principles and methods of quality control were discussed. The purpose of the quality control discussion in issue zero was to acquaint readers with quality management. Along with that, the historical background and methods of quality control and some of the tools and systems of measurement and how to discover the degree of success in quality management were discussed. Learning organizations, the necessity of the present and the future

Organizations are looking for different approaches to environmental change in order to respond to it. Understanding the paradigm governing the performance of today's successful organizations in changing and transforming the organization for other organizations can be helpful. In this paper, three comprehensive quality management paradigms, namely the paradigm of learning organizations and the paradigm of global class organizations, are examined. The types of organizational learning and the systemic approach to organizational learning are explained in detail, and finally, the characteristics of the World Organization, which includes the characteristics of learning organizations with comprehensive quality management, are discussed.
