Existence of uncertainty and risk is one of the most important causes of decreasing service quality to customers and supply chain performance. Based on the importance of risk management problem and its growing rate in recent decades, this paper tries to develop a distribution network problem in a supply chain considering multiple capacity levels in condition of risk existence for the first time. Factory and warehouse installing cost, environmental risk of dangerous good transportation and uncertainty demand are three parameters under risk condition studied in this paper. Finally, modified model under risk condition is presented.

Considering high volumes of investments in purchasing domain and partnership with suppliers & establishment of supply chains and the high rate of commercial co-operations failures, we can be sure that in case of not paying enough attention in choosing the best suppliers, the described goals for organizations in the framework of supply chains will not be achieved. In this project, the indices used for assessing other organizations suppliers by reviewing and performing field studies and by an interview, these indices were domestication for the case study. By using questionnaires and couple comparisons of group AHP Approach, the weights of the desired indices were specified. Then, different suppliers were ranked based on TOPSIS and the coordinated indices. The presented model for assessing the above mentioned company's suppliers, which is a combination of AHP methods & TOPSIS in a decision making process, indicated the capability of combining these tools in supplying the organization's demands and accessing a suitable pattern for making decisions regarding suppliers of raw materials.

In the current competitive situation, the supply chain performance has the key role in the success of organization and its goal, particularly its profitability. Thus during last years, many of managers and researchers have focused on supply chain management and performance measurement. In this study, in order to evaluate the performance of supply chain, different performance assessment methods have been introduced and the features of the best method and studies in this context have been collected. Also has been presented a framework to assess continuum supply chain management.

In this paper a joint Inventory and pricing model is developed for a deteriorating item in a two echelon supply chain with one manufacturer and one retailer. It is assumed that the rate of demand is a deterministic linear function of selling price and exponential function of time. The manufacturer produces an integer multiple of the retailer’s order quantity, called n, and sends the orders in n shipments. The model has been developed in both integrated and non integrated forms in order to find the optimal inventory management and pricing policies which maximizes the supply chain profit. The solution algorithms are also developed for both cases. A numerical example is provided to prove the efficiency of the model and solution algorithms, which shows that the supply chain profit is much higher when the integration of the members is applied.
