Perhaps the most important component of purchasing transactions is supplier selection problem of a company or organization. Some general criteria can be helpful in selecting a marginal quality, price, delivery and service outlined. The evaluation criteria are often in conflict with each other and generally considered is impossible to consider all criteria.
However, some criteria are quantitative and some qualitative therefore needed to find a scientific methodology which Scientific purposes.
Moreover, to achieve competitive edge in the rapidly changing business environment, companies must adapt so that the line is in operation with suppliers and customers to achieve beyond expectations to achieve a level of agility. On this basis, and given the importance of the two issues discussed It was necessary to extensively review the literature on these two areas should be conducted.
This study was conducted in Yazd ceramic tile industry tried to focus on agility metrics to evaluate the performance of suppliers
The study of how best marginal and ceramic tile industry criteria provided with emphasis on agility and integrated approach AHP-TOPSIS.

In this paper a vehicle routing problem with cross docking and split deliveries to customers is considered. The vehicles pick up products from suppliers and then after some consolidation procedures in the cross dock, the same set of vehicles is used to deliver products to customers. The problem mentioned is NP-Hard so exact methods are not a good choice to solve it. A simulated annealing algorithm is proposed and the results for four data sets with 5, 10, 20 and 30 pairs of supplier-customer are compared with a lower bound. The experimental results show the good performance of the proposed simulated annealing algorithm in a reasonable time.

Different natural and man- made disasters result in damage of several part of a country. Sometimes these happenings are unrecoverable and demolish critical infrastructure or reduce total efficiency of public systems. In such cases, a proper plan for distribution of vital goods plays an important role in the quality of delivered services. The proposed model in this article looks for the best strategy of humanitarian aiding relief. There are some homogenous vehicles in each depot to distribute aiding packages among demand points. Since it is not possible to visit all injured people directly, they are allowed to receive their demands within easy walking distance to nearby locations that are visited by a vehicle. The main goal is to minimize the total serving time (as a function of distance) which consist of traveled distance by vehicles and people. We apply some new set of data to investigate the result of the model. Since solving of this problem (even for small size of it) optimally is time-consuming, we also introduce a heuristic method to obtain proper solution in a reasonable time

Nowadays agents for successful Presence in competition and gaining more market share than to competitors must focus on their main activities and other activities to external sources do outsourcing. This paper meantime the investigate of outsourcing decision process, presented a model for decision making about the manufacturing / purchasing and supplier selection, with approach of analytic network process (ANP). This model is two-stage, that in first stage the measure of alignment product / activity for the manufacturing / purchasing by agent strategy cube is determined and in this stage involved criteria’s in decision-making, including main activity and Organization strategic and preparation for outsourcing and fear of shaping competition in future. Approach of selecting outsourcing or manufacturing at this stage, is not as yes / no or zero and one, but also outsourcing in several levels is considered. In other words, between the complete outsourcing until manufacturing, a range of outsourcing is considered. In the next stage about benefits of manufacturing/purchasing and select the most suitable supplier with approach of ANP decision making will be acted. Also at this stage of product strategy criteria’s, quality strategy, financial strategy and cost, technology strategy and knowledge, supply chain management strategy and support for decision making it will be used.

The Integration of information systems is one of the major needs and concerns of the large organizations. Communication spread and development of computerized information systems has increased the expectations of managers and users about the speed and access quality to the information. However, without an Integration perspective at various levels of information and operation, this cannot be achieved. One of the distinctive features of the SEPAH Logistics, having a wide geographical distribution among different categories. Also, the existence of influence upstream categories at its macroeconomic policies, not only the systems integration within the organization, but also the interoperability between the several organizations is very important Moreover, this situation highlights the need to integrity of data and processes, and increases the complexity and difficulty of the problem from a technical and architecture perspective. In this paper, a crucial role of service-oriented architecture in facilitates of interoperability and integration of SEPAH Logistics total systems will be discussed.

Strategic alliance strategic response to rapid changes such as increased competition, rapid technological advances, expansion of investment required, and the globalization of markets. (Yasuda, 2005). Given the current situation of our country, given all the factors can be added to the sanctions, as well as weak competitive local companies likely to join the global trade market and many other necessities strategic alliances should be placed on the importance and attention.
In this study we investigate the possibility of forming strategic alliances, industrial clusters in the country. For this purpose, the use of several prestigious model, the model is a model that highlights 10 areas, chosen business field, and then classified into three categories, and the value of each field, and each The categories of evaluation, is located. The main tool is assessed in this study, questionnaires, and case studies in the industrial cluster is Malayer furniture and woodcarving. Our studies showed that at first can be said to desire, interest, and there is the possibility of forming strategic alliances in the industrial cluster, and the results indicate that the areas of marketing and supply chain (horizontal and vertical) strategic alliances is very important for organizations. A total of ten selected fields, six fields confirm the feasibility and feasibility of the four areas was rejected.

Due to intense competition, rapid advances in technology, short product cycles and the need to give high levels of customer service, companies can not afford to own all of their activities. So that today the level of competition has moved from companies to the level of supply chain and optimal index in service-oriented systems throughout the supply chain system is desired. Within this chain, companies are forced to do part or all of their manufacturing operations out of the organization by suppliers. This is where companies consider their suppliers, as one of the important supply chain rings. Thus, the suppliers are responsible for the vast majority of processes affecting performance and quality of the final product or service.. In the past, researches that have been done with other methods of multiple criteria decision making, supplier selection criteria are assumed to be largely independent of each other and their impact on each other and selection process, has been little attentioned. While these criteria are often not independent of each other and the combined effects on each other and thus affect the overall evaluation process should be considered.
In this paper, a method for multi-criteria decision making to supplier selection is proposed that In addition to the expert-based and data-based weights, consider the relationship between the criteria. Handling uncertainty in decision-making and realistic results, fuzzy numbers in the proposed model is applied. In this study it is assumed that the primary criteria are independent, compared matrix extracted from the weight of expert opinions are compatible and the weight of opinions of all experts alike are equal.
