Today’s with increasing the competition in commercial markets and shortening the product life cycles; the variety of customer demands has been arisen; hence, these demands are confronted to uncertainty. This uncertainty has more importance with respect to the quantity and quality of the returned goods.Arisk-pooling strategy is a suitable way to consider uncertainty in demands. This paper presents new multi-objective mathematical modeling for a closed-loop supply chain network with uncertain demands using risk-pooling, in which the forward chain is consisting of suppliers, distribution centers and customers and the reverse chain encompass collection centers, recycling and recovery centers and material customers. This is a bi-objectives nonlinear integer programming model that is solved using GAMS software.

Cooperation between companies in the supply chain of industries is inevitable to achieve business goals, but different research studies have shown that most of the joint projects will not be able to work in manufacturing industries. It could have several reasons ranging from the lack of mutual understanding between the partners until ambiguity in the responsibility of partners. There are a range of such issues that inhibits cooperation between two organizations. Organizations should have the ability of cooperation to accomplish joint work. In other words, they should be interoperable. Interoperability is a key factor for successful collaboration between companies and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. So it is very important for companies to manage their interoperability. They have to recognize the issues, analyze situations, make improvements, and generalize improvement activities. To do so, it seems vital first of all to identify the components and indicators of interoperability which is the goal of this study. In this paper, a model of interoperability including 5 components and 27 indicators has been presented. This model has been confirmed using second-order confirmatory factor analysis with Warp PLS program. The situation of interoperability indexes at automative parts producers located in Qazvin was studied.

In recent complex business environment, it’s necessary to have objects and strategies in all segments of organization. Supply chain strategy as a multi functional strategy can assist organizations to achieve their strategic goals. Despite of other studies in the field of supply chain strategy, yet it’s necessary to have more studies in this field. So in this article we recommend new model for formation and control of supply chain strategies. After investigating previous research’s five dimensions recognized as a supply chain strategy dimensions. They are: x-efficiency, cost efficiency, dynamic efficiency, responsiveness and robustness. then BSC (Balanced Scorecard) is used as a tool for controlling and evaluating strategic performance of supply chain. Finally by use of recommended competency model the supply chain strategy of a carpet company as a case study has been formulating and then BSC has been used as a control tool of supply chain strategy of that company.

Outsourcing is the way that many organizations choose to reduce costs and increase profits. In this regard, the issue of selecting appropriate activities and even a selection of be outsourcing issues facing the organization. In this study the influencing parameters on the outsourcing decision has been examined. Therefore, the affected parameters weight on decision for the outsourcing in Alborz electroplating factory was determined by the AHP method. Also, the importance of each of these parameters was determined from the perspective of plant management to key questions. According to the results of these methods do outsourcing for the plant was proposed.

Products are usually composed of various parts or subsystems. Therefore, when the structure of the product is defined in product development stage, it must be decided about purchasing or production of components and suitable suppliers must be selected for the components which must be purchased. Apparently, different interdependent components of products such as computers, machinery and automobiles must fit together to perform as anticipated in the final product. This means that the supplier selection should be made with regard to the final product as a whole.
In this study, supplier selection problem considering relationships between suppliers is surveyed using suppliers’ previous data.
The results show that the proposed model has fewer costs for the buyer than the model that has not considered the relationships between suppliers.

For today’s in changing environment, Supply Chain Agility is a critical factors which is effective on company’s success and result in competition through organizations. So Supply Chain Managers who should develop Supply Chain Process with a acceptable cost and on the other hand result in increasing customer’s satisfaction. So activities such as: Supply and Demand Planning, Material Preparation, Production and Planning of Product or Service, Good’s retention, Inventory Control, Distribution, Delivery and Customer Service which have already done in a organization, now have been transformed to this chain.
So in this paper we have tried to estimate indexes such as rate coordination with changes, answering, introducing of new product, cost reduction, Development of Staff’s skills, Appropriate Planning, Quality of Services and Production and classified in Fuzzy and Statistical methods based on the importance and function. According to this paper Rate Coordination with Changes and Quality of Production have a high priority in two methods and the most important common barrier in development of Agility level is lack of attention to cost reduction.
