The purpose of this paper is organizing, classifying and visualizing the literature of supply chain coordination with Mind Map method. This method uses all the key skills of brain such as word, image, number, logic, rhythm and color for creating, visualizing, organizing and classifying of ideas. Furthermore, it is a good utility for studying and organizing information, solving problems, making decisions and writing. Therefore, this paper applies Mind Map method to review the literature of supply chain coordination, which is growing increasingly and there isn’t consensus among its researchers

In this paper, a hierarchical p-hub median problem is considered that all the nodes and arcs on the network have limited capacities. Proposed model has three-level where the complete network at the top level consists of the central hubs. The second and third levels consist of hub and demand nodes respectively, which are connected through star networks. Also, delivery time restriction is taken into account. The problem is to decide on the locations of a predetermined number of hubs and central hubs among the available nodes in order to minimize the total costs. Numerical experiments demonstrate the efficiency and applicability of the proposed model for actual decision-making problems

Emission trading is one of the famous mechanisms under Kyoto protocol to control environmental pollution. The aim of this paper is to design a strategic supply chain network under emission trading scheme with inclusion of stochastic parameters and budget limitation. Demand and price of carbon credits are considered as the important stochastic parameters influencing the supply chain network. In doing so, a two-stage stochastic programming model has been presented and solved. Furthermore the effect of change of carbon credit price and budget have been studied and the value of stochastic solution have been calculated. The results show that the inclusion of carbon price affects the supply chain network configuration and use of stochastic programming results in total cost reduction.

In this study, the satisfaction index of new product attribute in terms of development strategy, which includes a number of options for development using Kano questionnaire, in the automotive industry was calculated, and According to the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty, instead of loyalty index, we was used satisfaction Kano index . Then using customer purchase records data within a specified period of time (three years), and the Kano attribute allocation model to various stages of the product life cycle based on interviews with experts, the value of customer life-cycle stages, is calculated. This approach In comparison with other methods for calculating the customer lifetime value is future forwarding and strategic and is an effective method to value engineering and optimal allocation of resources because this method prevent the allocation of resources on features that do not increase the value and do not create satisfaction.

In this paper, we develop an inventory model with delay in payments for deteriorating items. In our model, retailer who purchases the items enjoys a fixed credit period offered by his/her supplier and, in turn, also offers a credit period to his/her customers in order to promote the market competition. The demand is assumed to be linear function of the retailer's current-stock level. The effect of both inflation and time value of money are taken into account. The items start deteriorating from the moment they are put into the inventory. The mathematical model is developed and numerical example is presented to illustrate optimization

Cross docking is a logistic strategy that plays the role of a middle knot in distribution network in the provision process. In logistic part, inventory holding is considered as an important matter in managing costs. Not only cross docking reduces the inventory holding cost, but it also reduces the cost of collecting received orders, transportation and duration of sending. The products, which are unloaded on cross docking by inbound trucks, are classified properly according to customers’ orders and loaded on outbound trucks with minimum possible saving and as soon as possible, usually less than 24 hours. A model is offered in this paper on the basis of a mixed integer programming to model the cross docking with several receiving and shipping doors. It allocates different doors to inbound and outbound trucks, regards the loading sequences, and also allocates products from importing trucks to exporting ones coincidentally. The proposed model has been implemented in the dairy industry, and the results indicate the effectiveness of the model is presented in the real world

The real world is full of uncertainties and parameters such as demand cannot be determined exactly. In this case, using crisp (exact) values and statistical methods due to absence of sufficient information, seems unwise. So in this paper, an approach is presented for using fuzzy numbers in continues review policy related decision-making. In this supply chain, there are two enterprises, A and B that the A enterprise responds to fuzzy demand of customer. This enterprise orders its demand based on its inventory control policy to the B enterprise. Moreover, the B enterprise obtains its demand based on its inventory control policy from a supplier with an infinite capacity. Both of these enterprises have a warehouse with limited capacity for inventory position. Also storages in two enterprises are backorder.
The most important fuzzy parameter is the customer’s demand that is given to the A enterprise. Its membership function is fuzzy trapezoidal number. Focusing on cost control and satisfying a defined and predetermined service level for both enterprises have been done in the objective function of our problem. Considering fuzzy conditions of the problem, centralization and decentralization approaches in chain are developed and after defuzzification these approaches are compared a numerical example. Then this comparison is analyzed to choose the better approach.
