Obtaining feedback timely, accurate and secure shopping process on the wheel equipped sepah can not only bring dynamism in the process, but most of the entries in the reform process to produce the desired results (without duplication). These attitudes are essentially a form of control and monitoring, as a standardized approach to defining and implementing them in many ways, contributed to the planning and logistics system will support the sepah (although in some cases, that the process track).Monitoring the quality of items and equipment to equip the sepah because of the content lifecycle, degrees and degree (at different levels of structural sepah) which are at various stages of the functional requirements of the existing process and criteria evolved a comprehensive review of logical principles replace it. Therefore, explanation and definition of standard criteria and indicators defined at all stages of the process (with the participation and cooperation of the beneficiary) are not only enhancing its enforcement, but having a standard process of quality monitoring, control gains major functional areas of logistics sepah and support systems.

Navigation among Movable Obstacles

The problem of navigation among movable obstacles (NAMO) is to find a collision free path for a robot while the robot is able to manipulate and transfer some objects (if possible or needed) to clear its path toward the goal. NAMO is a NP-complete problem and is in a class of motion planning problems that have dynamic environments. In this domain, an optimal plan for the robot can be defined with respect to many different criteria such as length of the transit and transfer paths, number of manipulated obstacles, total number of displacements of all the objects and time. In this article, we have tried to design an algorithm capable of solving a wide variety of NAMO problems, using concepts like, visibility graph and penetration depth. Using the recursive function to solve some existing problems in the literature shows significant reduction in number of transferred movable obstacles as well as total number of displacements of all the objects.

The present paper explores the barriers to the supply chain of the lightweight construction in the automotive industry in Zahedan. The aim of the study is to identify the barriers and the key performance of the automotive supply chain to help develop the production so as to achieve, in this way, higher quality products in less time and high customer satisfaction. To this end, the factors affecting the supply chain performance such as financial, administrative, and transportation factors were identified pertinent to each of which a questionnaire was adjusted. The reliability and the validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed. Then, the questionnaire was distributed among in a population of 30 experts in the automotive industry. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS18 software. The results of the study, finally, revealed that the transportation parameter is the most important barrier to the proper and efficient performance of the supply chain

In the recent years, increasing use of limited resources causes severe damages to the environment. This lead to increase environmental concerns in societies. Resource waste reduction can control these damages. As food waste causes a lot of resource waste, controlling this waste is very important to reduce damages to the environment.
This paper considers the environmental importance of food packaging is in two ways: i) improper packaging can increase food waste and ii) the package itself may have improper environmental effect. A two-phase approach for green food packaging by Fuzzy Analytic Network Process is proposed. This approach in the first phase guarantees establishing minimum required packaging conditions and in the second phase, proposes the best food package design due to environmental concerns.

Optimization models have been used to support decision making in production planning for a long time. However, several of those models are deterministic and do not address the variability that is present in some of the data. Robust Optimization is a methodology which can deal with the uncertainty or variability in optimization problems by computing a solution which is feasible for all possible scenarios of the data within a given uncertainty set. Simultaneous Lot-sizing & Scheduling is an important problem in production planning environments. In this paper, we consider a simultaneous Lot-sizing & Scheduling problem with uncertain demand. A robust optimization criterion considering to deviation from optimal and shortage cost is applied to formulate a robust linear programming model. Finally, we provide a set of numerical examples to verify the effectiveness of the approach. A Fix & Relax algorithm used to solve the problem. Experimental result shows that the solving problem algorithm in lower time.

Planning and site selection is of those concepts that now a days and in modern theories has achieved a special place and business success largely depends on the context. Naturally, the territorial establishment of units of armed forces and their equipment’s due to effectiveness in carrying out their assigned mission in each zone, is one of the very important subject in defense planning. This approach causes armed forces and their equipment deployed in different areas, in ways which the maximum security and defense capability of the country will be provided. Therefore, in this paper, we will try as a part of the project “Feasibility study, design of implementing and establishing the hunting ammunition sales center “to identify and prioritize the criteria to be addressed effectively in locating places selling this type of ammunition. In the beginning, by doing initial studying and verifying the effective factors in site selecting, some questionnaires have been prepared and after gathering the experts’ points of view, by using statistical approach, infective questions in the questionnaires have been modified and deleted. And at the end of the paper, by using the arithmetic mean, the weights of each criterion and normalization have been made.

One of the important issues in the field of organizational decisions is determine the optimal time of use the equipment. Managers should take proper decision to repair, rebuild or replace the equipment, so that the greatest benefit and the least cost to the organization.
In the military, moving units, items, equipment and manpower, is the part of the logistics system mission. In this regard, the manpower, military equipment, ammunition, food and other requirements for timely transfer to the desired location.
In this paper an attempt has been detected using the techniques of engineering economics and life cycle costs in the economic evaluation, technical assessment and evaluation of appropriate budgetary decisions pattern rebuild or replacement of old buses provided has the advantage of saving the organization cost. The model presented in the form of a numerical example of 30 buses in a military organization is described.
