If we consider logistics as a technology and raise its issue beyond managerial issues, we are faced with a new approach whose issues require a new ruling.The role of logistics management in the undeniable society and its effects are evident in different levels and layers of the country's economy, therefore, we give it a special place.In this paper, logistics technology and the factors affecting its transfer to third world countries are examined.
