Business Process Reengineering: A Review on Important Methods and Recent Models

Abstract

Growing external competition, decreasing internal expenses and improving productivity, have forced many companies which are involved in supply chain to initiate radical changes and focusing on BPR. Nowadays BPR is one of the favorite ways to optimum management of supply chain management< dealing with challenges and problems.  This article not only investigates the concept of BPR but also reviews the most important methods and recent models. Obviously it helps to understanding BPR concept and provides guidance to implementation of BPR in organizations.
