Modeling Agility of Supply Chain

Abstract

Reaction to customer needs, very difficult competitive condition in market and increasing environment change are problems that today company encounter. in this environment condition cannot managing organizations by traditional method. Such useful and effective reaction and attaining competitive advantage needs agility. Because organization success in this condition don’t attained alone but supply chain have extra share in this success, thus use of agility is very important. This supply chain can rapidly reaction to market changes. Thus doing comprehensive review in Critical success factors and chose 11 factor and then by finding relation between these factor in paste study designing agility model of supply chain.
