Here in this research, a article is presented for the statistical discrepancy vehicle assets and machineries. There is more than a model for the cause detecting of the discrepancies, many of which had been surveyed to ultimately introduce the proposed model of the research. The frame-work includes, as its main processes, the followings: the selection of the Basic Criteria and the annexed Sub-criteria, prioritize these and drawing the Cause & Effect diagram. In the data gathering phase of the research, the "Interview & questionnaire" technique was used as a tool. The statistical population includes the experts, specialists and the managers practicing and working in the supply & support Dept. of the Corps, enjoying a good familiarity with the domain of assets control. To examine the correctness of the criteria selected, two series of questionnaires were distributed among 30 experts, with an amount of 27 gathered back. The Lawshe formula was used, with some modifications involved, to approve the justifiability of the questionnaires and the Durability of these questionnaires was also checked benefitting the Statistical Analysis Method and the SPSS software that brought out the Choronbach's Alpha Number bigger than 0.7 which approves the favorite durability of the questionnaires. Eventually, the main causes of the discrepancies were found as to fall among the followings: the Registration and Handling of the goods information, Reporting the goods information, Property Control Methods, Standardization and Documentation, Property Control Management, Organizational Structure, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Neglecting the Statistical Values in the up-steam documents and the Education, as well. These causes and the sub-causes were categorized using the ANP Network Analysis Process, resulting in the drawing of the chart for the statistical discrepancies (Vehicle Assets and Machineries) & cause and effect diagram.
