Evaluating Success of the Outsourcing Model for Logistics Softwares, with Emphasis on Critical Success Factors of Information Systems

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the success of the outsourcing model for Logistics softwares, with emphasis on critical success factors of information systems has been performed.
The purpose of this research is applied and methods of data collection is descriptive and correlational research design is second-order factor analysis. Because in this study, causal relationships between variables in the model is investigated.
The study population are all employees in logistic department of  IRGC in Tehran.
All personnel of logistics department of  IRGC directly have been worked by outsourced logistics softwares. In other words, They are end-user of outsourced softwares in the last 10 years.
According to Cochran formula sample size was selected. To collect data, a questionnaire was used.
In the present study, five criteria of user satisfaction, positive attitudes towards the system, the user use, individual and organizational effectiveness, have been identified for evaluating successfully outsourcing logistics softwares and then measurement model was tested.
In this model, the criterias have significant factor loadings on the success of outsourcing logistics softwares.
