Abstract
This article deals with the evolution of the integrated logistics concept, which is of particular importance in understanding today's military and commercial environments for logistics executives and managers. The main topics of discussion are: introducing logistics history, asking questions to follow the evolutionary course of integrated logistics from its formation until today, raising the reasons for the importance of integrated logistics, defining integrated logistics management and reviewing structural developments in the organization. Business and new focus on customer orientation and how to integrate integrated logistics management as the top strategy of material flow in small and large organizations and introduce the factors that will change the attitude and focus on logistics management in the future.
