Due to the tremendous advances in software engineering and its new techniques in the production and development of software systems, understanding the principles, foundations and using its advanced methods in analyzing and designing the system, can increase the richness of the system andIncrease its scientific foundations.The basic and strategic role of software engineering in the processes of production, development and maintenance of software systems is to reduce "time" and "cost", which are important and determining factors in these three processes.
