Abstract

In the previous issue: Techniques for Improving Comprehensive Quality and Re-Engineering or Re-Engineering were examined as one of the methods of quality improvement and it is promised that in the next issue, we will introduce modeling of the best as one of the indicators for developing an optimal solution. Improving quality. Since reengineering is a complete reversal of the status quo and a general overhaul of the institute from scratch in order to improve distance and comprehensive quality, it is essential that in order to improve and upgrade at once, solutions and patterns in Different fields should be considered as indicators.
In the discussion of modeling the best, in fact, studying the methods, techniques and work processes of your organization and comparing it with similar domestic and foreign organizations is such that it is possible to identify and suggest appropriate models for this radical and public transformation. Therefore, in this article, various methods of common modeling in the world and how to measure and compare local units with the model unit and the way to discover and identify the distance and gap between the local unit and the model and eliminate the gap are presented.
