Abstract

Negotiation is a process that, by mastering it, can achieve great success with maximum efficiency and minimal stress. In other words, negotiation is a science that must be applied artistically and can be used by individuals if they wish. Unfortunately, few people use its effective methods. In this article, the basic techniques of trading negotiations in buying and selling operations, which is one of the logistics subsystems, are explained.
