Abstract

In this paper, waste and waste that constitute the raw material of the recycling cycle are defined and described and some of the methods of return methods
These materials are expressed in the production and consumption cycle. Since all manufacturing and service organizations, especially the armed forces, are dealing with obsolete materials and wastes such as general equipment, automotive capital items, machinery, weapons and ammunition, in the second part independently The subject is addressed.
