Improving the structure and effectiveness of the organization by implementing a comprehensive net product system

Abstract

Establishing a comprehensive system of net with maximum efficiency of equipment and motivating the responsibility and participation of employees is one of the necessities of the organization.
In this paper, the concept of comprehensive net note and its implementation steps are explained by presenting an example. Then the self-control note means that the notes are done by the users. In the continuation of this important feature, it is explained that the comprehensive net of the activities of the net's own activities is controlled by the users in the form of small groups. After that, the role of the comprehensive product network in Japan is stated and at the end, the existing relationships between the effective quantities in the evaluation of comprehensive productive maintenance and repairs are presented.
