Transportation location in the third development plan

Abstract

Most of the country's capital is absorbed in the transportation sector, and a significant portion of the country's capital is transferred by transportation systems. To achieve their goals, managers follow the issue of transportation planning with great care, because without planning, the activities of managers will not lead to the desired goals.

In this article, an attempt has been made to define the planning, to explain the exact goals of the planner in the field of transportation, and then, while introducing the third program of the country's development in the field of transportation, the issues raised in it are also evaluated.
