Comprehensive quality management

Abstract

In the zero issue of the quarterly, the philosophy and necessity of quality control review was considered as a prerequisite for comprehensive quality management discussion and the definitions, concepts, principles and methods of quality control were discussed. The purpose of the quality control discussion in issue zero was to acquaint readers with quality management. Along with that, the historical background and methods of quality control and some of the tools and systems of measurement and how to discover the degree of success in quality management were discussed. In this issue, which is dedicated to comprehensive and universal quality management, after defining comprehensive quality management and describing the quality of global production, the role of comprehensive quality in the success of organizations, how to improve comprehensive quality and how to control it and improve overall quality according to Edward II The quality control process is described.
