Document Type : Scientific Paper

Abstract

Organizations are looking for different approaches to environmental change in order to respond to it. Understanding the paradigm governing the performance of today's successful organizations in changing and transforming the organization for other organizations can be helpful. In this paper, three comprehensive quality management paradigms, namely the paradigm of learning organizations and the paradigm of global class organizations, are examined. The types of organizational learning and the systemic approach to organizational learning are explained in detail, and finally, the characteristics of the World Organization, which includes the characteristics of learning organizations with comprehensive quality management, are discussed.
