Abstract

In recent years, environmental protection and environmental sustainability have become important issues and have attracted everyone's attention, and many organizations are now interested in using it as their strategy to obtain customer satisfaction. Increase market share, develop the market, surpass competitors and finally gain a competitive advantage. This study investigates the factors influencing the implementation of green supply chain management (GSCM) in the dairy industry. Through a quantitative, descriptive-follow-up approach, the research identifies and ranks key factors impacting GSCM adoption. The study analyzes environmental pollution sources within the dairy supply chain, identifies relevant GSCM factors through literature review and expert consultation, and employs the DEMATEL and ANP methods to determine cause-and-effect relationships and prioritize factors. The research concludes that "purchasing and supplying green" is the most impactful factor for GSCM implementation in the dairy industry, followed by waste management and recycling, internal management, warehousing, green transportation and distribution, and green production operations.
