Abstract
In a fiercely competitive world, the most successful organizations are those that design smart supply chains based on modern technologies, supply chains that are resilient against sudden shocks and lean in their operations and resource utilization. Today, the supply chain is not merely a channel for transporting goods; it is a vital factor in an organization's survival and the maintenance of its competitive advantage. The aim of the present study is to identify and analyze the information technology components that influence the resilience of lean supply chains. To this end, a qualitative categorical content analysis approach involving an examination of prior studies, was employed to gather data and extract these components; by analyzing 22 purposively selected articles, 40 initial concepts were identified during open coding, and 10 main categories were identified during axial coding using MAXQDA software. Next, the main categories were prioritized using the Fuzzy TOPSIS method. The results indicate that among the ten finalized categories, the technology facilitation factor ranks first, following that, Factors of technical knowledge and skills factors and technological capabilities. From a practical perspective, the research findings can serve as a guide for decision-making by organizations seeking a roadmap to transition from pure efficiency to resilient efficiency.
