Explanation Of Affecting Factors In Sustainable Suppliers Selection In SAIPA Company
Abstract
Today, ensuring the sustainable development of any country depends on the preservation and efficient use of renewable resources in the country and various practices taken place by the governments to deal with this problem. The main aim of this study is to identify and select the affecting factors of "Sustainable Supplier Selection" in the automotive industry. This study is aimed at "Applied Study" and the method of data collection is "descriptive". In this study for affecting factors selection, based on a comprehensive literature review, 58 indicators were identified to assess the sustainable suppliers. After checking the indicators by automotive industry's supply chain experts, only 17 indicators were verified. The results of research offer a comprehensive model to select sustainable suppliers in the automotive industry, which can be useful for both business and academia.
