In this article, the privatization plan of the IRGC's ready-made reconstruction and support centers has been structurally reviewed. The basis of the present critique is a fundamental and simple question: "To what extent can economics and related knowledge help us increase productivity through privatization?" According to the author, without changing the ownership method, it is possible to control the overhead costs of the reconstruction centers and increase the efficiency by using a deeper level of management methods.
