چکیده

هزینه های بالای عملیات و سرویس های لجستیکی در سیستم های متداول امروزی باعث پدید آمدن مفهوم جدیدی به نام لجستیک مجازی گردیده است. در این روش همواره بخشی از کل امکانات موجود در سازمان برای پاسخ گویی به نیاز سازمان بکار گرفته می شود، به طوری که کل نیاز سازمان مرتفع می گردد. با بکارگیری این مفهوم در سازمان های بزرگی چون سپاه، هزینه ها به شدت کاهش یافته و این مهم با حذف عملیات اضافی درون سازمان، تقلیل تعداد انبارها، حذف حمل و نقل های بی مورد، کاهش نیروی انسانی و موارد دیگر تحقق می یابد که در مقاله به تفصیل مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.

The high cost of logistics operations and services in today's common systems has led to the emergence of a new concept called virtual logistics. In this method, part of the total facilities available in the organization is always used to meet the needs of the organization, so that the total needs of the organization are met. Using this concept in large organizations such as the IRGC, costs have been drastically reduced, and this is achieved by eliminating additional operations within the organization, reducing the number of warehouses, eliminating unnecessary transportation, reducing manpower, and more. The article is examined in detail.
