A network supply chain is a facility that carries out activities related to the supply of materials, transportation, and ultimately the distribution of final products to customers. This chain exists in both service organizations and manufacturing institutions, and it is also a dynamic process that includes simultaneous activities, ongoing evaluations by stakeholders, technologies used, and organizational structure. This technology allows customers to have a wide range of choices and access more and more information. In this chain, consumers have the first word and the weight of the scales is towards them. Organizations need to focus on finding a new way to understand customers. The key to such a process is customer relationship management (CRM1), order, identification and logical access, and ultimately customer attraction. Synchronizing the supply chain based on customer needs revives forgotten opportunities and brings valuable customers.
