هنگامی که توسط مدیران و متخصصان تلفیق فعالیت ها در یک واحد خاص مطرح می شود. تمامی ابعاد تلغیق را نمی توان
ملاحظه نمود و در نتیجه اهمیت تلفیق در میان واحدهای لجستیک به طور کامل مشخص نمی شود. این مقاله ضمن بیان
تعریف های تلفیق در واحدها، به تلفیق در میان واحدهای لجستیک با هدف بهبود عملکرد توجه می کند. در این مقاله عوامل
مؤثر در شکل گیری مراحل تلفیق و مراحل مختلف شکل گیری تلفیق بیان می شود.
