چکیده

اغلب سازمان‌ها به منظور افزایش سهم بازار و جذب مشتریان بیشتر، برای ارائه‌ی محصولات و خدمات خود از کانال‌های مختلفی استفاده می‌نمایند. برای یک زنجیره‌ تأمین با بیش از یک کانال فروش، قیمت‌گذاری محصولات برای هر کانال یک فرآیند مهم تصمیم‌گیری به شمار می‌رود. قیمت‌گذاری‌ مناسب می‌تواند در کاهش تضاد بین کانال‌ها و افزایش سود کانال‌های موجود بسیار مؤثر باشد. در این مقاله، موضوع قیمت‌گذاری بین دو کانال خرده‌فروشی و زنجیره‌ای با در نظر گرفتن تخفیف در کانال زنجیره‌ای و قرارداد تسهیم درآمد میان تولیدکننده و فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای با هدف حداکثرسازی سود در نظر گرفته شده است. به منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل، مؤلفه‌های ورودی مسئله با استفاده از روش تاگوچی تنظیم و به کمک الگوریتم فراابتکاری ازدحام ذرات حل شده است. الگوریتم به‌کار گرفته شده با توجه به زمان حل اندک آن در قیاس با نرم‌افزار گمز از کیفیت و کارایی مناسبی برخوردار است. ضمن آن که مقدار به دست آمده برای تابع هدف به کمک الگوریتم پیشنهادی در مقایسه با خروجی گمز با شکاف کمتر از 1% محاسبه شده که نشان از کارایی مناسب این الگوریتم دارد. نتایج به دست آمده نیز نشان‌دهندة تأثیرگذاری بالای تقاضای بالقوه کانال خرده‌فروشی نسبت به پارامترهای دیگر بر سود زنجیره‌ تأمین است.

چکیده [English]

Most organizations use different channels to offer products and services in order to increase their market share and attract more customers. In a supply chain with more than one sales channel, product pricing is a critical issue in the decision-making process. Proper pricing can be very effective in reducing the conflict between channels and increasing the profitability of existing channels. In this paper, a pricing strategy between the dual retail and chain channels is presented to maximize profits by considering a discount in the chain channel and a revenue sharing contract between the manufacturer and the chain stores. The input parameters of the problem are adjusted using the Taguchi method and solved by the particle swarm metaheuristic algorithm in order to validate the model. Regarding the short solution time of the proposed algorithm, it has a good quality and efficiency in comparison to GAMS software. In addition, the gap of the objective value obtained by the proposed algorithm is less than 1% compared to the GAMS output. The results also show that the potential demand of the retail channel has a higher impact on the profit of the supply chain, in comparison to other parameters.
