عوامل و ابعاد مؤثر بر زنجیره تأمین قطعات و تجهیزات مورد نیاز صنعت نفت در شرایط عدم اطمینان

چکیده

هدف مقاله حاضر مطالعه عوامل و ابعاد مؤثر بر زنجیره تأمین قطعات و تجهیزات موردنیاز صنعت نفت در شرایط عدم اطمینان و بررسی تأثیرگذاری عامل‌های مدل زنجیره تأمین در شرایط عدم اطمینان بر روی همدیگر و ارائه راهکارهای عملی است. ازاین‌رو، با توجه به رویکرد ترکیبی در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد و مصاحبه عمیق با 15 تن از خبرگان (مدیران و کارشناسان و تأمین‌کنندگان فعال در شبکه تأمین قطعات و تجهیزات شرکت‌های نفت)، به تبیین مدلی برای زنجیره تأمین قطعات و تجهیزات موردنیاز صنعت نفت در شرایط عدم اطمینان پرداخته است. این الگو مشتمل بر شش تم اصلی: 1) شرایط علی (عوامل تأمین، اختلالات، اقتصاد کلان، قوانین و سیاست و امنیت)؛ 2) شرایط زمینه‌ای (پیچیدگی فرایند و پیچیدگی محیط)؛ 3) شرایط مداخله‌گر (منابع سازمانی)؛ 4) مقوله محوری (تصمیم‌گیرنده)؛ 5) راهبردها (راهبرد شیوه‌های مدیریت، راهبرد تدبیر، راهبردهای انطباقی)؛ 6) پیامدها (سنجش پیشرفته، پیکربندی پیشرفته، اکتشاف پیشرفته و بهره‌برداری پیشرفته) می‌باشد. سپس در گام دوم با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری در میان 120 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان و تأمین‌کنندگان فعال، مدل حاصله مورد برازش، اعتباریابی و آزمون قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this article is to study the factors affecting the supply chain of parts and equipment of the oil industry under uncertainty, and to examine the influence of the factors of the supply chain model under uncertainty on each other and to provide practical solutions. Therefore, according to the hybrid approach, to explain the supply chain model of oil industry parts and equipment under uncertainty, in the qualitative part, the grounded theory method was used and in-depth interviews with 15 experts (managers, experts and suppliers active in the parts supply network and equipment of oil companies) were done. This model consists of six main themes: 1) causal conditions (supply factors, disruptions, macroeconomics, laws and policy and security); 2) underlying conditions (process complexity and environmental complexity); 3) Intervention conditions (organizational resources); 4) category oriented (decision maker); 5) Strategies (management practices strategy, management strategy, adaptive strategies); 6) Consequences (advanced measurement, advanced configuration, advanced exploration and advanced operation). Then, in the second step, using the technique of confirmatory factor analysis and modeling of structural equations among 120 managers, experts and active suppliers, the resulting model was fitted, validated and tested.
