برنامه‌ریزی مسیر تحت توزیع مشارکتی مترو - کامیون با درنظرگرفتن درخواستهای متغیر

چکیده

با ورود حمل‌ونقل بار به شبکه حمل‌ونقل مسافر، لجستیک شهری زیرزمینی به‌عنوان جایگزینی مطلوب برای رفع چالش­های ناشی از جابه‌جایی کامیون در حمل‌ونقل بار شهری در نظر گرفته می­شود. در واقع ادغام منابع حمل‌ونقل سطحی و زیرزمینی می­تواند با استفاده مؤثر از ظرفیت اضافی مترو، همکاری برد - برد بین شرکت­های سریع­السیر و مترو ایجاد کند. در این تحقیق به برنامه‌ریزی مسیر یک سامانه توزیع مشارکتی مترو ‌- کامیون با در نظر گرفتن درخواست‌های تقسیم‌شده متغیر برای مشتریان پرداخته‌شده است. هدف اصلی افزایش کارایی سامانه توزیع مشارکتی و در عین‌حال به حداقل رساندن هزینه‌ها که شامل هزینه­های ثابت و متغیر کامیون، هزینه جریمه پنجره زمانی و انباشته شدن کالا، هزینه عملیات حمل­ونقل مترو و هزینه نیروی کار است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، یک مدل بهینه‌سازی توسعه داده‌شده است که محدودیت‌های زمان و ظرفیت را دربرمی‌گیرد. علاوه بر این، برای رسیدگی به عدم قطعیت‌های مرتبط با درخواست‌های مشتری، یک رویکرد برنامه­ریزی تصادفی دومرحله‌ای به کار گرفته‌شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در نظر گرفتن درخواست‌های متغیر در سامانه توزیع مشارکتی می‌تواند منجر به کاهش هزینه‌های توزیع کلی شود.

چکیده [English]

With the introduction of freight transportation into the passenger transit network, underground urban logistics is regarded as a desirable alternative to address the challenges caused by truck movements in urban freight transport. In fact, the integration of surface and underground transportation resources can create a win-win cooperation between high-speed and metro companies by effectively utilizing the extra capacity of the subway. This research focuses on the route planning of a cooperative metro-truck distribution system considering variable split demands for customers. The main objective is to increase the efficiency of the cooperative distribution system while simultaneously minimizing costs, which include the fixed and variable costs of truck, the cost of the time window penalty, and the accumulation of goods, the cost of subway transportation operations, and the cost of labor. To achieve this objective, an optimization model has been developed that includes time and capacity constraints. Moreover, a two-stage stochastic programming approach has been employed to address uncertainties related to customer requests. The findings indicate that considering variable requests in the cooperative distribution system can lead to a reduction in total distribution costs.
