طراحی مدل انتخاب تأمین‌کننده در زنجیره تأمین صنعت فولاد – مطالعه موردی شرکت گروه ملی صنعتی فولاد ایران

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان شرکت گروه ملی صنعتی فولاد ایران بوده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ روش، جزء پژوهش‌های اکتشافی قرار گرفته و براساس هدف اصلی خود، مطالعه‌ای اکتشافی و تأییدی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی محسوب می‌شود. چارچوب بکار رفته ترکیبی مبتنی بر روش‌های چندمعیاره است. در این رابطه، ابتدا براساس ادبیات تحقیق و نظرخبرگان به­روش دلفی، معیارهای ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین‌کننده مناسب تعیین شدند. پس از غربالگری معیارها، براساس روش دیماتل معیارهای مطلوب تأثیرگذار بر ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان تعیین و ارتباط بین آنها و مدل‌سازی این ارتباطات انجام شد. در مرحله سوم،‌ از روش ANP برای وزن‌دهی معیارها استفاده گردید. درنهایت، در مرحله چهارم، پرسشنامه تعیین روابط مدل‌سازی ساختاری توسط خبرگان سازمان تکمیل و با استفاده از داده‌های به‌دست آمده از پرسشنامه‌ها، روش معادلات ساختاری به منظور تأیید مدل اکتشافی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روش مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر نیز از نوع مصاحبه عمقی- روش دلفی، جامعة آماری تعداد 10 نفر از خبرگان مطلع با موضوع پژوهش و روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عامل اصالت کالا و مطابقت با استانداردها و آنالیز درخواستی محصول با وزن 148/0 در رتبة اول و عوامل نماینده معتبر یا انحصاری کالا و خدمات پس از فروش (گارانتی و وارانتی) با وزن‌های 144/0 و 123/0 به‌ترتیب در رتبه‌های دوم و سوم قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the current research was to design a model for identification and ranking of factors influencing the selection of suppliers of Iran's National Steel Industrial Group. In terms of the method, the current research is part of the descriptive research and based on its main purpose, it is an exploratory and confirmatory study, and in terms of the applied purpose. After filtering the criteria, based on the DEMATEL technique, the desired criteria affecting the evaluation and selection of suppliers will be determined and the relationship between them and the modeling of these relationships will be done. In the third step, the ANP method is used to weight the criteria. Finally, in the fourth stage, the questionnaire to determine structural modeling relationships is completed by the experts of the organization and using the data obtained from the questionnaires, the method of structural equations is used to confirm the exploratory model. The technique used in the current research was an in-depth interview-Delphi method, a statistical population of 10 knowledgeable experts on the subject of the research, and a non-probability chain sampling method. The results of the study showed that the factors of product authenticity and compliance with standards and requested product analysis with a weight of 0.148 were in the first rank, and the factors of a reliable or exclusive representative of the product and after-sales service (guarantee and warranty) with weights of 0.144 and 0.123 were in the second and third ranks, respectively.
