چکیده

برون‌سپاری روشی است که بسیاری از سازمانها از آن برای کاهش هزینه و در عین حال افزایش سود بهره می برند. در همین راستا موضوع انتخاب فعالیت مناسب و حتی انتخاب شرکت برون‌سپار از مسائل پیش روی سازمانها می‌باشد. در این تحقیق به بررسی پارامتر‌های مؤثر بر روی تصمیم‌ گیری در مورد برون‌سپاری پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور، وزن پارامتر‌های تأثیرگذار در تصمیم‌ گیری برای انتخاب برون‌سپاری در کارخانه آبکاری البرز طبق روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP)5 از دید کارشناس تعیین شد. هم‌چنین درصد اهمیت هر کدام از این پارامتر‌ها از دید مدیریت کارخانه به‌صورت طرح سؤالات کلیدی مشخص گردید. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده از روش‌های مذکور، انجام برون‌سپاری برای این کارخانه پیشنهاد شد.

چکیده [English]

Outsourcing is the way that many organizations choose to reduce costs and increase profits. In this regard, the issue of selecting appropriate activities and even a selection of be ‌ outsourcing issues facing the organization. In this study the influencing parameters on the outsourcing decision has been examined. Therefore, the affected parameters weight on decision for the outsourcing in Alborz electroplating factory was determined by the AHP method. Also, the importance of each of these parameters was determined from the perspective of plant management to key questions. According to the results of these methods do outsourcing for the plant was proposed.
