مدیریت زنجیره تأمین دارو و لوازم پزشکی، مملو از عدم قطعیت ها و مسائل غیرقابل پیش بینی است. بنابراین داشتن یک سیستم هوشمند برای دریافت نیازمندی های بیماران، مراکز درمانی با هر ابعاد و کمک به مدیریت زنجیره تأمین بسیار مهم است. با وجود کاربرد گسترده هوشمندسازی به عنوان یک ابزار تصمیمگیری، محدودیت هایی در کاربرد سیستم های هوشمند در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین (SCM) وجود دارد. برای بهرهبرداری از مزایای ابزارهای هوشمندسازی در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، یکی از مناسبترین روش ها برای حل مشکلات عملی مربوط به SCM، استفاده از سیستم های چند عاملی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین الکترونیکی میباشد. در این مقاله، از یکپارچه سازی سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات با سیستم چند عاملی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین الکترونیکی دارو و ادوات پزشکی استفاده شده است. این مقاله با تطبیق تکنیک های وب و تکنیکهای چند عاملی، سیستم مدیریت زنجیره تأمین الکترونیکی دارو و ادوات پزشکی را فراهم نموده است. هدف از ایجاد این چارچوب اجازه برقراری تبادل اطلاعات بیماران و خدمات درمانی به طور خودکار، میان حوزههای متفاوت سلامت میباشد. سیستم پیشنهادی قادر است با یکپارچه کردن سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مختلف، اطلاعات مفیدتری از نیازمندی های بیماران و مراکز درمانی دریافت کرده و رفتار هوشمندانه تری داشته باشد.
