ارائه یک مدل ترکیبی فازی برای حمل و نقل در سیستم سلامت

چکیده

این مقاله یک سیستم هوشمند برای مدیریت عبور و مرور آمبولانس ­ها و وسایل حمل و نقل خون و فرآوردهای خونی و به­ طور­کلی حمل­ و ­نقل­ های مرتبط با فوریت ­های سلامت را با به ­کارگیری یک مدل ترکیبی فازی سلسله مراتبی ارائه می­ دهد. حمل و نقل بیماران اورژانسی، رویدادهای اورژانسی و فوریت­ های مرتبط با سلامت، و حمل و نقل خون و فرآورده­ های خونی باید در حداقل زمان ممکن انجام شود. به محض تماس بانک خون بیمارستان مبنی بر نیاز به مراجعه به سازمان انتقال خون، در اسرع وقت این انتقال باید صورت بگیرد، زیرا ممکن است تأخیر در آوردن فرآورده­ ها برای بیمار، منجر به مرگ او شود. هدف این مقاله، افزایش کیفیت در ترافیک، محاسبه زمان مسیر و اطلاعات عبور و مرور به ­صورت بلادرنگ برای حمل و نقل­ های مرتبط با فوریت­ های سلامت تا رسیدن به مقصدشان می‌باشد. این سیستم  امکان تنظیمات مؤثر بر ترافیک مسیرها را مطابق با تغییرات شبکه حمل و نقل فراهم می ­آورد.
