چکیده
با توجه به وضعیت اقتصادی صنایع تبدیلی خوراک دام و طیور و نیاز به هموارسازی و ایجاد اطمینان از تداوم کسب و کار که هدف اصلی این صنعت است و اهمیت وجود یک ساختار کارآمد برای تداوم کسب و کار صنایع، پژوهش حاضر می تواند در راستای پایداری این صنایع، گامی اساسی بردارد؛ چرا که ارائه رویکردهای تابآوری میتواند به تداوم کسب و کار صنعت، کمک بزرگی نماید. همچنین این صنعت به دلیل فراهم نمودن غذای مورد استفاده در پرورش دام و طیور، نقش حساس و کلیدی در تأمین پروتئین جامعه دارد و هرگونه تعلل و قصور، هزینههای گزافی را برای کل زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی در برخواهد داشت. بنابراین بررسی موانع استقرار زنجیره تأمین تاب آور در این صنعت حائز اهمیت میباشد. در این پژوهش پس از مرور ادبیات تحقیق، مهم ترین موانع پیاده سازی زنجیره تامین تاب آور شناسایی شد و به کمک تکنیک دیمتل خاکستری و نظرات خبرگان این صنعت، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. مطابق با نتایج پیچیدگی تاثیرگذارترین و کمبود هماهنگی تاثیرپذیرترین مانع استقرار شناسایی شد. در نهایت پیشنهادهایی به شرکت صنایع تبدیلی خوراک دام و طیور به منظور غلبه بر این موانع و کاهش اثرات آنها ارائه شد.
