بررسی تأثیر به‌کارگیری مدیریت دانش بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین با استفاده از کارت امتیازی متوازن (مطالعه موردی: زنجیره تأمین گندم در شرکت بازرگانی دولتی ایران)

چکیده

ارزیابی مدیریت دانش در سازمان به‌عنوان عامل دستیابی به اهداف چشم‌انداز می‌باشد. در دهه اخیر اهمیت دانش در ابعاد علمی و سازمانی پررنگ شده و دانش به‌عنوان پایه اساسی رقابت مطرح است. سازمان‌های جدید مبتنی بر دانش‌اند و باید بتوانند آن را خلق و در موقع لزوم از آن بهره‌برداری کنند. این عوامل پارادیم جدیدی در عرصه مدیریت بنیان نهاده که مدیریت دانش نام دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر به‌کارگیری مدیریت دانش بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین گندم در شرکت بازرگانی دولتی ایران با استفاده از کارت امتیازی متوازن است. نوع این پژوهش، توسعه­ای و کاربردی و ازنظر روش پیمایشی ارزشیابی است. جامعه آماری و حجم نمونه 86 نفر از مدیران و معاونین شرکت در سطح استان‌ها می‌باشند که همگی برای تحقیق انتخاب‌شده‌اند. آزمون فرضیه­ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و از طریق نرم‌افزار Smart PLS انجام شد و
یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد که رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین خلق، بکارگیری و انتقال دانش بر عملکرد مالی، ذینفعان، فرآیندهای داخلی و رشد و یادگیری در زنجیره تأمین گندم وجود دارد و ابعاد مدیریت دانش کم‌ترین تأثیر را بر عملکرد مالی شرکت داشته‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Knowledge management evaluation in organizations is a pivotal pillar in achieving vision goals. In the past decade, knowledge in scientific and organizational dimensions has gained considerable attention and knowledge is currently considered as the foundational basis of competition. New organizations are based on knowledge and should be able to create it and use it when necessary. These factors have established a new paradigm in the field of management called “knowledge management”. The purpose of this study is to investigate possible effects of applying knowledge management on wheat supply chain management in Iran State Trading Company using a balanced scorecard. The present research is developmental and applies an evaluation survey model. The statistical population and sample size are 86 managers and deputies of the company at the provincial level, all of whom have been selected for research. Hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS software and the research findings showed that in the wheat supply chain, there is a positive and significant relationship between the creation, application and transfer of knowledge with financial performance, stakeholders, internal processes and the growth of learning. Additionally, the dimensions of knowledge management had the least impact on the company's financial performance.
