طراحی رقابتی شبکه زنجیره لجستیک کالای فاسدشدنی با تکیه بر بهینه‌سازی تقاضا و افزایش رضایت‌مندی مشتریان

چکیده

ازآنجاکه در زنجیره تأمین کالاهای فاسدشدنی زمان نقش پررنگی دارد و تأخیر به هر دلیلی در هر فرایند از زنجیره، می‌تواند به فساد محصولات و ایجاد ضررهای مالی و زیست‌محیطی منجر شود، در این تحقیق سعی شده است که با در نظر گرفتن اهداف کاهش هزینه و زمان تدارکات و افزایش رضایت‌مندی مشتری بالاترین میزان بهره‌وری را کسب نماید. بر این اساس تولیدکننده، کالای فاسدشدنی موردنظر خود را بر اساس تابع تقاضای متغیر که از اطلاعات بازار دریافت کرده است تولید می‌نماید. تولیدکننده می‌تواند مقدار مشخصی از تولید خود را به‌عنوان ذخیره اطمینان نگه دارد یا میزان تولید خود را بر اساس نیاز بازار منطبق کند که البته این نیاز دارای عدم قطعیت می‌باشد. کالای تولیدشده با وسایل نقلیه مختلف و با ظرفیت مشخص به توزیع‌کننده ارسال می‌شود. توزیع‌کننده می‌تواند مقداری از محصول را به‌عنوان ذخیره اطمینان انبار کند یا همه محصول را به بازار ارائه دهد. کالای حمل شده از مراکز توزیع به دست خرده‌فروشان می‌رسد تا تقاضای بازار را برطرف کنند...هدف این تحقیق، طراحی مدل ریاضی است که با در نظر گرفتن بهینه‌سازی هزینه، زمان تدارک و رضایت مشتری بهترین مکان‌یابی تسهیلات برای زنجیره تأمین را انجام دهد. در نتایج حاصل از مدل نشان داده شد که کاهش زمان تحویل و افزایش کیفیت آن باعث کاهش میزان مرجوعی کالا به میزان 20 درصد می­شود.

چکیده [English]

Knowledge management evaluation in organizations is a pivotal pillar in achieving vision goals. In the past decade, knowledge in scientific and organizational dimensions has gained considerable attention and knowledge is currently considered as the foundational basis of competition. New organizations are based on knowledge and should be able to create it and use it when necessary. These factors have established a new paradigm in the field of management called “knowledge management”. The purpose of this study is to investigate possible effects of applying knowledge management on wheat supply chain management in Iran State Trading Company using a balanced scorecard. The present research is developmental and applies an evaluation survey model. The statistical population and sample size are 86 managers and deputies of the company at the provincial level, all of whom have been selected for research. Hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS software and the research findings showed that in the wheat supply chain, there is a positive and significant relationship between the creation, application and transfer of knowledge with financial performance, stakeholders, internal processes and the growth of learning. Additionally, the dimensions of knowledge management had the least impact on the company's financial performance.
