مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری اختلال‌های زنجیره‌ی تأمین پوشاک عملیاتی یک سازمان دفاعی

چکیده

هدف این مقاله، شناسایی و تحلیل اختلالات زنجیره‌ی تأمین پوشاک عملیاتی یک سازمان دفاعی از طریق مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا با کنکاش در پیشینه‌ی تحقیق، اختلالات مرتبط با زنجیره‌ی تأمین شمارش شد. سپس با انجام تحقیق میدانی و نظرخواهی از خبرگان، اختلالات متناسب با زنجیره‌ی تأمین پوشاک عملیاتی یک سازمان دفاعی، شناسایی شد. در ادامه، با مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری (ISM) میزان وابستگی و محرک‌بودن اختلال‌ها و روابط درونی آن‌ها طی هفت مرحله، به دست آمد. با انجام تحلیلMICMAC، اختلال‌های مرتبط به چهار دسته‌ی خودمختار، وابسته، پیوندی و نفوذ دسته‌بندی شدند. براساس نتایج این پژوهش، اختلال «جنگ و حملات تروریستی» و «شیوع بیماری کرونا» در ناحیه‌ی چهارم، بیشترین نفوذ را داشته و درواقع باعث تحریک مابقی اختلال‌ها می‌شود. شش مورد از اختلال‌ها در ناحیه‌ی اول یعنی خودمختار قرار گرفت و اختلال «تأخیر در تحویل» وابسته‌ترین اختلال ممکن به ‌شمار می‌آید که در ناحیه‌ی دوم قرار گرفته بود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze supply chain operational disruptions of a defense organization through interpretive structural modelling. In the first step, by reviewing the literature, supply chain-related disruptions were counted. Then, by conducting field research and consulting experts, disruptions appropriate to the operational clothing supply chain of a defense organization were identified. Then, by using interpretive structural modelling (ISM), the degree of dependence and stimulus of disruptions and their internal relationships were obtained in seven stages. Disruptions related to MICMAC analysis were classified into four categories: autonomic, dependent, connective, and stimulus. According to the results of this study, the disruptions of "war and terrorist attacks" and " Coronavirus outbreak " in the fourth region, have the most influence and actually stimulate the rest of the disruptions. Six of the disruptions were located in the first region, the autonomous region, and "delayed delivery" disruptions was the most dependent possible disruption in the second region.
