بررسی تاثیر فشارنهادی و بازارگرایی بر شیوه تأمین سبز و مزیت رقابتی با نقش میانجی تعهد مدیریتی (مطالعه موردی: صنعت نساجی)

چکیده

توسعه دانش و توانایی بشر برای افزایش بهره­برداری از محیط و منابع آن و از نگاهی دیگر نگرانی به پایان رسیدن منابع طبیعی و برهم خوردن تعادل فرایندهای حیاتی کره­ زمین، پژوهشگران را بیشتر از گذشته متوجه محیط­زیست و فاکتورهای اثرگذار و اثرپذیر آن کرده است. توجه به جنبه­های زیست­محیطی در کنار زنجیره تامین سنتی، منجر به بکارگیری زنجیره تامین سبز در سازمان­ها و مراکز تولیدی شده است. از طرف ­دیگر نیز به­دلیل اهمیت منسوجات در حیات اجتماعی و اقتصادی مردم و نقش حفاظتی آن در مصون نگه داشتن بدن انسان در برابر عوامل طبیعی و اقلیمی و سپس برجسته شدن کارکرد اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن، توجه به نقش شیوه تامین سبز در صنعت نساجی را پر رنگ­تر کرده است. فلذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر فشار نهادی و بازارگرایی بر شیوه تامین سبز و مزیت رقابتی با نقش میانجی تعهد مدیریتی می­باشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از تولید و عرضه­کنندگان صنعت نساجی (انواع حوله) در استان آذربایجان شرقی است؛ که بصورت تصادفی تعداد 200 نفر از اعضای نمونه در دسترس قرار گرفته و پرسشنامه‌ها تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس. تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. بررسی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که فشار نهادی بر بازارگرایی، بازارگرایی بر شیوه تامین سبز و تعهد مدیریتی، تعهد مدیریتی بر شیوه تامین سبز و درنهایت شیوه تامین سبز بر مزیت رقابتی تأثیر معنی­داری دارد. و تعهد مدیریتی توانست رابطه بین بازارگرایی و شیوه تامین سبز را میانجی‌گری کند.

The development of human knowledge and ability to increase the exploitation of the environment and its resources, and from another point of view, theconcern about the end of natural resources and the disruption of the balance of the vital processes of the planet, make researchers pay more attention to the environment and its effective factors than before.has done.Paying attention to the environmental aspects along with the traditional supply chain has led to the use of the green supply chain in organizations and production centers. Keeping the human body safe from natural and climatic factors and then highlighting its social and cultural function has made attention to the role of green supply in the textile industry more prominent. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to investigate the effect of institutional pressure and market orientation on the green supply method and competitive advantage with the mediating role of managerial commitment.This research is descriptive-correlation type.The statistical population of thepresent study consists of producers and suppliers of the textile industry; 200members of the sample were randomly selected and the questionnaires were completed. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and partial least squares method and SmartPLS software. were analyzed. Examining the results of this research showed that institutional pressure on market orientation, market orientation on green supply method and managerial commitment, managerial commitment on green supply method and finally green supply method has a significant effect on competitive advantage. And managerial commitment could mediate the relationship between market orientation and green procurement practices.
