حمل‌ونقل چندوجهی: رویکردها، فرآیند شکل گیری، مزایا، معایب و محدودیت های پیاده سازی

چکیده

با پیشرفت تجارت و بازرگانی، روش‌های حمل‌ونقل نیز توسعه‌یافته و شیوه‌های سنتی جای خود را به شیوه‌های نوین می‌دهند که حمل‌ونقل چندوجهی ازجمله آن‌هاست. در یک سازمان نظامی، حمل‌ونقل نقش بسزایی در اجرای مأموریت‌ها دارد. ایجاد سامانه حمل‌ونقل چندوجهی می‌تواند چابکی سازمان را بالا برده و در مواردی هزینه‌های ترابری را کاهش دهد. در این تحقیق، ابتدا ضرورت استفاده از حمل­ونقل چندوجهی و سپس رویکردها و تجهیزات حمل­ونقل ریلی برای ترکیب با دیگر روش­های حمل­ونقل، تشریح می­شود. سپس شرایط جغرافیائی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فناوری موثر بر فرآیند شکل­گیری شیوه حمل­ونقل چندوجهی بحث شده و ساختار شبکه، عناصر زنجیره  حمل­ونقل چندوجهی، مزایا و معایب آن تشریح می‌شود و  نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید (SWOT) حمل‌ونقل چندوجهی در ایران بررسی می‌شود. در پایان نیز، روش جدید حمل‌ونقل سریع لوله­ای (انتقال کالا و انسان در شرایط خلا و فراصوت) معرفی می­شود.

چکیده [English]

With the development of trade and commerce, transportation methods are also developed and traditional methods give way to modern methods, which include multimodal transportation. in a military organization , transportation plays an important role in carrying out missions. Creating a multimodal transportation system can increase the organization's agility and in some cases reduce transportation costs.in this research , first , the necessity of using multimodal transportation and then rail transport approaches and equipment for combination with other transportation methods is described . then geographical, economic, social, political and technological conditions affecting the formation process of multimodal transportation are discussed and, the structure of the network, the elements of the multimodal transport chain, its benefits and defects are It is explained, and , the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of the multimodal transport in Iran are is checked. In the end too, the new method of fast tubular transportation (transportation of goods and people in vacuum and ultrasound conditions) is introduced
