[English]

Supply chain sustainability is one of the competitive advantages of today's organizations. Given the increasing importance and complexity of supply chain management for organizations in today's turbulent business environments, it is essential to achieve the necessary resilience capabilities to cope with or prevent disruptions in the organization's activities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of sustainability on supply chain performance by measuring the moderating role of resilience in affiliated companies of the Iranian automotive industry. The study is applied in terms of purpose, quantitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of this study is all managers, supervisors, and experts of affiliated companies of the Iranian automotive industry, which 110 people were selected as using random sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and the Structural Equation Modeling method was used to analyze the data using SmartPLS software. According to findings, sustainability has a significant impact on the overall performance of the chain, and resilience moderates the impact of sustainability on the performance. Also, it was determined that the economic dimension is in the first place in terms of impact on the overall performance of the chain, the environmental dimension is in the second place, and the social dimension is in the third place. It is suggested that managers take steps towards social and economic support for the communities surrounding the organization, career and scientific development of employees, creating a safe workplace, uniform distribution of goods, using smart production, and investing in renewable energies.
