Context & Goal: Performance evaluation is a process that measures, evaluates, and judges performance over a given period of time. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a model for evaluating logistics performance in military academic units with an emphasis on Faraja.
Methodology: This research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and is of qualitative and thematic analysis type. The research population consists of professors of Amin Comprehensive University of Law Enforcement Sciences and Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS) University of Police Officers and Training with at least a master's degree and 10 years of academic and executive experience, and university administrators of both universities (including deans of faculties, administrative and pre-faculty deans, and university preparatory directors with at least a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of management experience in university units). The research data collection tool is a semi-structured interview using the opinions of 15 experts from the studied community using a purposeful judgment method. The data analysis method is also the coding method.
Findings: The findings from the research on model design indicate that the logistics performance evaluation model in Faraja university units includes 97 indicators, 17 components, and 4 basic dimensions, including finance, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth..
Conclusion: The results of the logistics performance evaluation model in Faraja university units are a 4-dimensional model based on the balanced scorecard model, which systematically refers to and evaluates the competencies of logistics units in Faraja universities in each of its dimensions.
