In a highly competitive world, organizations that design a supply chain based on modern and intelligent technologies are more successful. A supply chain that is resilient to sudden and lean shocks in performance and resource use. Today, the supply chain is not just a route for transporting goods, but a vital factor in the survival of the organization and maintaining a competitive advantage. The purpose of the present study is to identify and analyze the information technology components that are effective in the resilience of the lean supply chain. For this purpose, a qualitative approach of categorical content analysis was used to collect data and extract these components by analyzing past studies. By examining 22 articles that were selected as samples and purposefully, 40 initial concepts were identified in the open coding process and 10 main categories in the axial coding process using Maxquda software. Then, the main categories were prioritized with the help of the fuzzy Topsis technique. The results indicate that among the ten finalized categories, the factor of technological facilitation ranks first, followed by the factors of technical knowledge and skills and technological capabilities. From a practical perspective, the research findings can be a decision-making guide for organizations that are seeking to find a roadmap for the transition from pure efficiency to resilient efficiency.
